Anything embraced by my true nature
Will ultimately shine

Behind the anger there’s a value violated 
Sadness comes from something loved lost
Fearfulness is protective
Can we see so deeply

Come on over, my analytic thoughts
Sit with me, my unruly fantasy
Feel with me, my rushing emotion
Walk with me, my sensation seeking senses
Move mindfully, my restless feet 
Hold my face, these gentle hands

Drift like a leaf on a river
Dance like long grass waving
Watch like a spider hovering on its thread
Let go as the day releases the setting sun
